Part of our Synogut overview. Last checked October 19, 2026.
Synogut complaints are hard to measure from public records. On October 19, 2026, the FDA's adverse event database (CAERS) returned 0 reports naming Synogut, and its recall database returned no matches.[3][4]
The BBB and Trustpilot pages could not be read, so we cannot give a complaint count from either.[1][2] What we can show is where the vendor's own terms are likely to cause trouble.
What do Synogut complaints and buyer reports say?
We cannot report what buyers complain about most, because the two largest public complaint sources were NOT checked. BBB results load by script and showed no Synogut profile in the page we received, and Trustpilot blocked our request.[1][2]
The federal databases we could search showed nothing: no recalls and no CAERS reports naming Synogut.[3][4] That is not proof of safety, since CAERS relies on voluntary reports.
The vendor's pages point to likely friction. The refund requires returning all bottles with the packing slip at your own cost, the refund clock has two different start dates, and buyers outside the US pay $15.95 shipping despite a "free shipping" line.[5][6] These are the issues to plan around before ordering.
Where does Synogut buyer feedback come from?
Synogut feedback can come from six places, and each one shows a different slice. The table lists what each source can tell you, its limits and whether we could read it on October 19, 2026.
| Source | What it can tell you | Limitation and our status |
|---|---|---|
| Better Business Bureau[1] | Complaints filed against a business and how it responded | NOT checked: results load by script |
| Trustpilot[2] | Star ratings and comments from buyers | NOT checked: access blocked |
| FDA CAERS[4] | Adverse event reports filed with the FDA | No reports naming Synogut; reporting is voluntary |
| FDA recall database[3] | Recalls and market withdrawals | No matches for Synogut |
| FDA warning letters and FTC actions | Regulatory action over claims or quality | NOT checked |
| Sales page stories[7] | What the seller wants you to read | Chosen by the seller and not verifiable |
What do complaints usually focus on?
For a mail-order supplement like Synogut, complaints tend to fall into six types. Each type points to something you can check in the terms or on the label before you buy.
| Complaint type | What it may indicate | What to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Refund refused or slow | Missed window, missing bottles or no packing slip | Delivery date, all bottles kept, "Refund Request" email subject[5] |
| Charged more than expected | Shipping, tax or an international fee | Checkout total; $9.99 shipping shown on 2 bottles; $15.95 outside the US[6][8] |
| Stomach discomfort | A fiber-heavy blend taken with too little water | Label directions and a talk with your doctor[9] |
| No change noticed | Expectations set by the sales copy | The vendor's own 3-month advice sits outside a 60-day refund[5] |
| Allergic reaction | Tree nut content | "Contains Tree Nuts (Black Walnut)" on the label[9] |
| Wrong or odd-looking product | A third-party seller | The vendor says it sells only through BuyGoods[7] |
See a doctor right away if you have:
- blood in your stool, or black, tarry stool
- severe or lasting belly pain, or vomiting
- no bowel movement and no gas for a day or more with pain
- trouble swallowing or chest pain after a capsule
- hives, swelling of the lips or face, or trouble breathing
Our Synogut side effects page covers each ingredient's safety notes.
Can sales-page testimonials be trusted?
Read sales-page testimonials as advertising, because the seller chose them. The Synogut sales letter is built around one story, a 49-year-old man from Nashville, and no independent record confirms it.[7]
The FTC's Endorsement Guides say an endorsement must reflect the honest experience of the person giving it, and any payment or free product must be disclosed. Ads also cannot present unusual results as typical without saying so.
A story can follow those rules and still tell you little, because one person's experience is not a measured result. The headline "Gut Doctor Begs America" names no doctor at all.[8] If you want the evidence behind the ingredients instead of stories, read does Synogut work.
How do you judge a testimonial before believing it?
Run any Synogut testimonial, on a sales page or elsewhere, through five checks. If it fails two or more, give it little weight.
Is the person identifiable?
A first name and a city with no photo, date or purchase record cannot be traced.
Is the result measurable?
"Felt amazing" is a mood. A change in a symptom, with a time frame, is a report.
Is a payment or free product disclosed?
Under FTC rules, a connection to the seller must be stated.
Does it promise more than the label?
The label makes no disease claims, so a story that does is the seller talking.
Does the same text appear on other sites?
Copied wording across affiliate pages points to marketing material.
What refund problems should you check before ordering?
The main refund risk is cost and paperwork. The refunds page asks you to email support with "Refund Request" in the subject, then send back all bottles, "no matter if they are empty or not", with your name, email, order ID and the packing slip.[5]
Returns go to 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011, and "we do not support the return shipping costs". The refund arrives in 5 to 10 days.[5]
The window is 60 days from delivery on the refunds page and from purchase on the sales page, and the vendor promises "no question asked" while still requiring the full return.[5][7] Our Synogut price page covers what each package costs.
How we gathered this feedback
On October 19, 2026 we tried the BBB search and the Trustpilot pages for thesynogut.com; neither returned readable results.[1][2] We searched openFDA recall and CAERS data for Synogut.[3][4]
We read the vendor's refund, shipping and contact pages and the sales letter the same day. We did not search FDA warning letters or FTC actions. Our method page sets out how we check products.
Our take on the feedback
There is no public complaint record we could read for Synogut, and no FDA report names it. That leaves the terms as the clearest guide.
Keep every bottle and the packing slip, note your delivery date and expect to pay return postage. If you have a tree nut allergy or take prescription medication, the label says to check with a physician first.[9] If the terms suit you, order through BuyGoods so the refund route stays open.

Frequently asked questions
Does Synogut have complaints on the BBB?
We could not tell. The BBB search results for Synogut load by script and showed no business profile in the page we received on October 19, 2026, so the BBB record is not checked. Search bbb.org yourself before ordering.
Are there Synogut reports in the FDA adverse event database?
No. A search of the FDA's CAERS adverse event data on October 19, 2026 returned no reports naming Synogut. Reporting is voluntary, so an empty result does not prove the product is safe for everyone.
How do I complain about a Synogut order?
Email contact@synogut.com or call +1 (720) 780-6912, and include your order ID. Orders are processed by BuyGoods, which also offers order support. Keep your receipt, tracking and packing slip in case you need a refund.
Can I return an opened Synogut bottle?
Yes, within 60 days, but the refunds page asks for all bottles back, empty or not, with the packing slip. You pay the return postage to Aurora, Colorado, and the refund takes 5 to 10 days.
Are Synogut testimonials real?
We cannot verify them. The sales letter centers on one story from a 49-year-old Nashville man with no independent record behind it. FTC rules require honest endorsements and disclosed payments, but a single story is not a measured result.
